“Zenith”: a contemporary home of innovation. Designed to inspire; to
stimulate; to think; outside the box. The Zenith is a truly contemporary home of
both eclectic ideas and yet has functional living.

The “Zenith” model features a two story design.  This contemporary, three bedroom
home, with 3,350 square feet.  Designed to suit everyone, from the single
homeowner, to families who prefer a modern lifestyle, the interconnected living
spaces are finished with sustainable products, lighted coffered ceilings, and custom
interior design. This home features an elevator, three fireplaces, an island fish tank,
water fall, glass paneled floor, polished concrete, rubber flooring stone and steel
counter-tops. The yard has outdoor living space, including a kitchen, a swimming
pool, playground and half basketball court
